We are Officially First Time Homeowners!!!

Yesterday afternoon at 4p Brandon and I closed on our new home! It took 45 minutes. We spent the most money in 45 minutes than ever! But it was well worth it. We can’t wait to move in this weekend and start to get settled in.
Last night we went to our new home and turned the keys for the first time. We toasted with some red wine and plastic cups. Yep, plastic cups. All our glasses are packed up. It was thrilling to finally close. We even had one of our new neighbors stop by to introduce herself. She invited us over to her home to meet her husband and have a toast to us as well. It was a great experience and we look forward to making many new memories in this home.

Hey guys CONGRATULATIONS! I’m so jealous!!! San Diego is a tough market so we’re going to wait till we get back to the east coast. What a beautiful first home!
